Paul is a motivated, forward-thinking individual with a proven track record in leading personnel and implementing revenue-producing initiatives. Paul’s innovative approach and enormous successes in operations have earned him the “Best of the Best” Award from Club Industry Magazine for “Best Professional Development Program for Staff.” Paul plays a large role in our Franchise Training program and keeps in regular communication with our owners from day 1 of the franchise ownership process, ensuring you start (and continue) on the pathway to success.

On top of the wealth of sales and operations knowledge Frank brings to the table, he also is our Real Estate and Site Development Expert. As a franchise owner of THE MAX Challenge with four operating locations, Frank knows all sides of this business and is an excellent resource to franchise owners at all stages. He provides a strong level of support from the day our new owners sign their FA to the moment they open their doors. Not only will Frank help you to choose the best home for your new business, but he will also ensure a proper lease negotiation that yields a financial and operating benefit. Frank also spearheads much of our Franchisee Training program, sharing his experience and success in the areas of sales, staffing, operations, and more.
